Pastoral Staff
Elvin Dillard has been Senior Pastor at GCC since 1999. He and his wife Connie served churches in Kansas, Florida and Illinois and then served on the mission field in northern Haiti before coming to GCC. He and Connie have three daughters. Elvin loves hunting and fishing, and he and Connie love to travel on their motorcycle.
Korey Kincaid joined the GCC staff in June, 2007, as Associate Pastor of Family Ministries. He is originally from Illinois, and he and his wife Jaime served a church there before coming to GCC. Korey and Jamie have been married since 1998, and they have three girls, Grace, Trinity and Anna, and one son, Kristian.
Dr. Earl Bowers has been a part of GCC since 1988. He and his wife Betty were called to be the senior pastor at GCC in 1988, and recalled again in 1999 to be the interim senior pastor. Earl retired from full-time ministry, but was recalled to GCC in 2006 as the Associate Pastor of Evangelism. Evangelism and missions to Brazil are a big part of their lives. They have seven grown children.
Rodney Caldwell joined the GCC staff in January, 2008, as the Associate Pastor of Youth Ministries. He was an Director of Ministry Development at a church in Tonganoxie before coming to GCC. He and his wife, Emily, have one daughter, Quincy.
David Crook joined the GCC staff in June, 2008, as the Associate Pastor of Christian Education. David has served churches in Charleston, Illinois and Tonganoxie, Topeka, and Macksville, Kansas as a Director of Evangelism, a Youth Pastor, and a Senior Pastor. He and his wife, Lisa, have four children, Michelle, Faith, Michael and Danielle.
